Clarisse is graduated from the Montpellier Law University with a DESS/DJCE, or master, in business law, a certificate of tax expert in tax law granted by the Centre du Droit de l’Entreprise in Montpellier, and the certificate of aptitude for the profession of lawyer granted by the Montpellier Bar Law School in 1993. She also received a specific instruction at ESSEC business school in companies’ valuation and financial engineering in the course of a partnership with the Paris Bar Law School.

Before the creation of her own practice, she had been successively a lawyer with Coopers and Lybrand law firm (now PWC), Veil Armfelt Jourde La Garanderie, Andersen Legal/Ernst & Young, and Fidal Paris.

She has developed a high level expertise in connexion with direct and indirect taxation for businesses in an international environment. She also actively contributed to the reform of taxation for non-profitable entities together with the president of the CNVA (Conseil National de la Vie Associative).

Additionally, she has a specific expertise in tax risk management and has been the writer of the French chapter of the Tax Risk Management IBFD publication from 2009. She is a member of the IFA, IACF, and ACE associations.

Her main hobbies are fooding and the promotion of culinary patrimonies as well as literature and piano.
